After selecting your preferred plan, request a quote by visiting your local Co-op Home Centre or completing online form. Our building experts and professional estimators will help you begin your dream project, guiding you through the entire planning process, including design and material costs. Keep the plan as is or customize it to your personal needs and preferences. We can connect you with CADvantage, our preferred drafting services provider* for any modifications. Based on the final building drawings and selected finishes, we will provide a detailed estimate of all materials and associated costs for your build. Your local Co-op Home Centre can then order, schedule and deliver materials to you or your contractor.
